Immediately notify us of any changes in personal circumstances (e.g., marital status, employment, criminal record) that may affect the application.
Fraudulent Documents: If a client provides forged, altered, or fraudulent documents, we reserve the right to terminate our services immediately without a refund.
Consultancy Fees: Our professional fees are for the time, expertise, and administrative work involved in preparing your case. These fees are completely separate from official government or embassy visa fees.
Government Fees: The Client is solely responsible for paying all third-party fees, including embassy fees, medical exams, language tests, and courier charges.
Refund Policy: Because our fees cover the professional time and effort spent evaluating and processing your file, consultancy fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the final outcome of the visa application or if the Client chooses to withdraw their application mid-process.
